CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICIES
CARIBBEAN SCHEDULED SERVICE
Ticket value NON-Refundable. Changes allowed up to 24 hours before departure and must be booked in the same fare class or higher. Credit from cancellations is valid for up to one year from the date of flight. Cancellation within 24 hours results in forfeited ticket value.
NANTUCKET AND MARTHA’S VINEYARD SCHEDULED SERVICE
Ticket value is NON-Refundable. Changes may be made up to 48 hours before departure without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited ticket. Within 48 hours, changes are allowed on a space available basis if the new flight is in the same direction for the same weekend of travel. Tickets purchased before or during the flight season (April-December) will convert to dollar value at the end of the season and may be used towards ticket purchase for the following season.
NEWPORT SCHEDULED SERVICE
Ticket value is NON-Refundable. Changes may be made up to 48 hours before departure without penalty although a different fare may apply on the new date of travel. Credit from cancellations is valid for up to one year from the original travel date. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited ticket.
PRIVATE CHARTER — U.S.
Unless otherwise noted on the trip itinerary, confirmed travel may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure with no charge. After that time, a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. If an aircraft has been relocated for the purposes of your flight, you will be charged for the cost of that relocation or 20% of the total cost – whichever is greater.
PRIVATE CHARTER – INTERNATIONAL
Cancellation more than 10 days prior to travel will result in a full value placed on account for use at another time. Cancellation between 10 days and 24 hours prior to departure will result in a cancelation fee of 50% of the amount paid with the other 50% remaining on account. Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total quoted amount.
